Soon! D-lab "Opti-PleX" Practice amp

 Modeled after a Fender Champ, 5E1, with the addition of some updated features. Speaker, 8" Jensen. Cabinet is finger jointed pine.This amp has my Opti-plex circuit, rather than a tone control. The opti-plex control has been incorporated in a few of my amps. This amp's main feature is the OP bandwidth. Control is labeled "F-M" ( I will reveal why soon, but you can use your imagination). Also, it has my rotary power switch, Off, Stby, (Tube or Diode rectification). Typical Champ line-up, 5Y3, 6V6 and 12AX7. Chassis is stainless steel. The power supply utilizes a series choke, so there is no hum as you get with the 5F1. Vintage tubes were used. Still have some final work to wrap it up. As of now, I plan to make 3. More soon....
